I’m a Dutch artist who primarily works with acrylic paint, but I also explore other mediums, including oil sticks and graphite. My work doesn’t strive for perfection, I’m not focused on perfect lines or perspective. Everything I create stems from observation and feeling. People, culture, memories, and childhood play a central role in my art.

Hi, I’m Nikee Mateman. I’m a Dutch artist whose work spans acrylic painting, drawing, and photography. Rooted in an urban, street-influenced aesthetic, my practice explores abstraction, raw mark-making, and visual storytelling inspired by everyday life and contemporary culture.

Each piece is created with a focus on texture, color, and expressive energy, whether on canvas, paper, or in photographic form. My work is designed to engage viewers while complementing modern interiors, offering both visual impact and collectible value.
