1. Start at the Central Exhibition: Begin your journey at the central group exhibition in the historic book town of Bredevoort. Here, every participating artist displays one signature piece of work. It is the perfect sneak peek to help you decide which artists you want to visit.
2. Pick Up Your Route Map: Grab a physical program booklet and route map at the central exhibition or download it online. The map clearly outlines all participating locations and artist studios.
3. Follow the Route: Look for the official Septemberkunst flags and signs along the roads. You can curate your own route based on your favorite art styles or geographical areas.
4. Meet the Artists: Walk right into the studios and exhibition spaces. Artists are present at their locations to showcase their work, explain their creative processes, and chat with visitors.
